Born in 2000 in New York, raised in South Florida, my journey into AcroSkating has been a wild ride. My story began with parkour, where I learned to defy gravity and push my limits, and then I got into tricking. My main goal was to bring these moves to the ice and create something fresh and exciting.
When I started, I hadn’t seen anyone doing what I do on the ice. Sure, there were some backflips here and there, but nobody was doing side flips, B-twists, aerials, and other moves from parkour, gymnastics, and tricking. I checked out Instagram and YouTube, where I found “freestyle skating,” but it mostly focused on hip-hop dance movements with hockey skates. My calling was those jaw-dropping flips and to bring evolution power sports to the ice with bold, acrobatic moves that redefine freestyle skating.
Today, I’m all about bringing those innovative moves to the ice and sharing my passion with the world. I’m on a mission to show what’s possible and inspire others to follow their dreams. The journey is just beginning, and I can't wait to see where it takes me!
I began my journey into AcroSkating by diving into ice skating, gymnastics, and parkour all at the same time in 2015. My background also includes Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art, along with traditional dance forms like ballroom dancing and salsa, which added a unique rhythm to my movements. Initially, I engaged in ice skating mainly as a hobby, but everything changed in December 2018. Participating in a Christmas show at Pines Ice Arena, I created a routine featuring flips and acrobatics set to Run DMC, which sparked my passion for AcroSkating. The audience's enthusiastic response was a revelation, motivating me to pursue this path with dedication ever since.
It's an amazing combination of gymnastics, martial arts, tricking, and parkour - all on ice! Imagine the excitement of bringing these dynamic movements onto the ice and creating stunning routines. Plus, many people are already using gymnastics moves and sets, so why not join in and be part of this thrilling new sport?
